The position requires a hands-on leader who is confident managing daily restaurant operations, guiding service teams, and maintaining exceptional guest experiences within a high-volume environment. Close collaboration with the culinary, bar, and wine teams is essential, with a strong focus on service flow, training, and attention to international service expectations. Requirements A minimum of two years experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or senior restaurant leadership role Proven experience managing high volume la carte dining, buffet service, and multiple dining venues Strong understanding of international service standards and cultural service requirements Demonstrated leadership ability with experience training, mentoring, and managing waiter teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
