About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our 5-star luxury boutique hotel team in Limpopo. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for creating seamless and unforgettable wedding experiences that exceed our clients’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand vision, preferences & budget
- Plan and oversee weddings from concept to completion
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff
- Develop timelines, floor plans & event schedules
- Manage décor, set-up and on-the-day coordination
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator/Event Planner
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Professional presentation and customer service excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends & public holidays)
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
