Minimum requirements: A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping and/or short bookkeeping courses Minimum of 3 years experience working in finance or accounting role At least 3 years working experience in Creditors Previous working experience on Xero or other similar accounting software Sound accounting knowledge Key Responsibilities: Capture Supplier invoices (non-stock) and Reconcile Supplier statements for group companies Approve Supplier invoices (stock) and Reconcile Supplier statements for group companies Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments Allocate credit notes to invoices Submit proof of payment and remittance to suppliers for payment made Assist Bookkeeper in following up creditors with queries Monitor and validate all invoices for SARS VAT compliance Prepar Process sales invoices Assisting finance team with overflow of accounting duties e a creditors report and submit on a timely basis Hand over completed documentation for approval and authorisation File and maintain documentation on all communications, transactions and payment arrangements associated with trade creditors Consultant: Timiyah de Goede – Dante Personnel Johannesburg
