Job Description
- Plan, carry out, and supervise all aspects of farm cultivation, such as planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, controlling pests and diseases, and harvesting.
- Ensure compliance
- Oversee all farm employees, contractors, and the farm management team (two section managers), promoting performance, training, and production.
- Organize the labor needs of both seasonal and permanent staff.
- Enforce health and safety policies for employees and farm operations.
- Financial & Budget Management
- Ensure compliance with agricultural safety, environmental standards, and company protocols.
- Maximise production flow and results, coordinate with the packhouse, agronomy, logistics, and maintenance departments.
- Technical & Technological Innovation
