About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our esteemed client, a leading agricultural company based in Malmesbury. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team of a growth-focused business that provides high-quality farming supplies, solutions, and retail products to a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct credit assessments on applicants’ financial history to determine creditworthiness.
- Analyze risk and affordability, presenting findings to management.
- Handle applications for credit facilities and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Oversee the establishment of securities for approved credit facilities.
- Liaise with internal and external parties, including auditors and banks.
- Manage office administration tasks and resolve customer inquiries.
- Perform additional tasks as required within the finance department.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Law.
- Membership of the Institute for Credit Control (preferred).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or financial services.
- Strong analytical, financial, and administrative skills.
- Ability to interpret audited financial statements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for interactions with auditors and financial institutions.
- Understanding of credit risk regulations and financial compliance requirements.
- Experience with financial analysis software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong accuracy and problem-solving skills to ensure precise financial assessments.
- Ability to manage complex financial assessments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of self-awareness and achievement orientation.
