Job Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Margate, Kwa-Zulu NatalWork model: 5 days onsite at the MallHours: 08h00 17h00 with 1 monthly weekend depending on events and campaigns.Reporting to: Centre ManagerREQUIREMENTS:Minimum experience is 3 years of experience in shopping centres or retail marketing (non-negotiable)The minimum qualification is a Bachelors Degree in MarketingStrong working knowledge of marketing strategies for physical stores or shopping centresStrong sponsorship and exhibition experienceSales experience preferableProficient in Microsoft Office, PR, writing skillsREMUNERATION: Market related based on individual`s experience, capped at R25 000 per monthNo benefits over and above the CTC salary R1000 allowance for laptop and cellphone dataCOMPETENCIES: Extremely detail-orientated individual Deadline driven Strategic thinker Dynamic Strong presenter Personable Honest Excellent time management skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:Meeting the outlined marketing KPIs in relation to: Strategy with associated budget planning Analysis and research PR Event management including supplier sourcing, sponsorships and advertising plans Social media targets Manage agency briefs for artwork, events, suppliers Tenant and centre management relations Tenant turnover Foot traffic Reporting
