About the Role
As Branch Manager of our Nelspruit branch, you will be responsible for driving business growth and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch. You will lead a team of sales representatives and ensure that all components of the branch are functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the branch by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the branch by overseeing daily operations, including staff management and customer service
- Monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution
- Utilize technical refrigeration and automotive product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
- Technical industry knowledge with existing networks in the industry
- 5 years working experience as a sales representative
- Minimum 8 years experience in the automotive or refrigeration industry (preferred)
