About the Role
Ideal & Selected Candidates is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (Workshop) to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will oversee production operations in a manufacturing environment, utilizing their technical expertise and leadership skills to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fault-finding on equipment and machinery
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff
- Utilize electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues
- Implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years working experience as Millwright
- Good fault-finding skills, particularly in electrical and mechanical systems
- Factory experience required
- Must have managed or supervised a team
- Maintenance experience
