About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nelspruit branch, driving growth and efficiency through effective process implementation and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
- Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow-moving stock
- Recruit, select and onboard employees for the branch
- Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
- Call and visit the branch’s customer base on a regular basis to receive feedback on customer service received

- Technical refrigeration product knowledge
- Industry knowledge (with existing networks in the industry)
- Intermediate MS Office skills
