About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Nelspruit branch, responsible for driving growth and ensuring seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of refrigeration products and industry insights, with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, improve and implement processes and systems to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently
- Analyse product sales performance and resolve issues causing slow-moving stock
- Recruit, select and onboard employees for the branch
- Review and report on item group sales performance to the Sales Manager
- Call and visit the branch’s customer base on a regular basis to receive feedback on customer service received

- Technical refrigeration product knowledge
- Industry knowledge (with existing networks in the industry)
