Job Description

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant who knows how to turn conversations into lasting relationships. If you enjoy helping clients find the right solutions and youre motivated by targets and commission, this opportunity is for you. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for advising customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services. Your ability to listen, communicate clearly, and close sales will directly contribute to the companys growth and success. Roles Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs Present and demonstrate products or services effectively Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales Prepare quotations and process sales transactions accurately Maintain up-to-date product knowledge Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Grade 12 / Matric certificate Proven sales experience (retail, insurance, telecoms, or related field preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and target-driven Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer literacy
