Menlyn: Full Stack Developer (Senior) 2436

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and implementing technical solutions to support our clients’ needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, propose solutions, and execute changes through configuration. Your expertise in full stack development, testing, and deployment will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the business requirements and prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents for functional and/or technical design document(s)
• Proactively propose solutions to improve support of business processes
• Execute required changes through configuration
• Interact with consultants of other modules for integration requirements
• Prepare test data and documentation, conduct unit tests, regression tests, system integration security tests, including recording of results and change management (deployment) activities
• Prepare user manuals and conduct training to business process owners (where required)
• Plan go-live milestones
• Plan, prepare, and execute migration, cutover; activities, Go-Live as well as post Go-Live support activities
• Interact with clients through meetings, calls, and emails
• Support troubleshooting, resolving, and closing of production support tickets (incidents & problems tickets) within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
• Support user interface transactional solutions
• Analyse and scope end-user authorisation roles
• Update and maintain documentation as existing systems functionality is changed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot
• Experience with JavaScript, including JS UI frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular
• Knowledge of NodeJS
• Familiarity with SQL databases (Oracle, Postgres)
• Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Development) and build tools like Maven, Gradle, Gulp, grunt, webpack
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with Test Driven Development/Automated Testing using JMeter, Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber
• Familiarity with IntelliJ or WebStorm for Java development
• Knowledge of Java Micro Profile (Jax-RS)
• Understanding of Typescript and REST/ OData/Graph QL (advantageous)
