About the Role
Our passenger vehicle dealer client based in Menlyn is seeking a skilled Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving dealer objectives through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control stock levels
- Negotiate competitive prices with customers
- Retain current customers for repeat business and acquire new business
- Maintain good relationships internally and externally
- Cold-call to initiate contact with customers
- Use excellent negotiation skills to resolve sales opportunities
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Parts Sales Executive within the motor industry
- High product knowledge and ability to offer product solutions to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills using all mediums (verbal, electronic, etc.)
Qualifications
- Matric or Grade 12
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Fully computer literate
