Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications . Review and streamline existing code to align with ServiceNow best practices . Transform custom-built solutions into the ServiceNow standard framework . Design and implement new features and capabilities across multiple business units. Provide support and consultation to ServiceNow ITSM customers , focusing on Service Structures and Configuration Items. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation , including user guides, guidelines, and operational manuals. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile Working Model (AWM) . Essential Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Deep hands-on experience with ServiceNow and custom app development . Proven background in Enterprise ITSM , CSDM 5 , and CMDB . Strong integration skills with KAFKA, REST API, NOW API, and Active Directory . Proficiency with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes, and Widgets . Knowledge of technical governance and solution optimization. Certified in ITIL V4 Foundation , practical understanding of Agile methodology . Ability to conceptualize complex technical information and translate it into actionable solutions. Advantageous Skills German language proficiency. Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification . Advanced ITIL V4 certification (e.g., Create, Deliver, and Support CDS). Experience with network infrastructure, Active Directory, SMTP, and IT Security . ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications (ITSM, CMDB, PA, PI). Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
