About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our high-quality franchise in Meyerton, Gauteng. As a meticulous and detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock levels for both back- and front-of-house areas
- Utilize the GAAP system efficiently to manage inventory and ordering
- Work open-to-close shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of quality in all aspects of restaurant operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working on the GAAP system
- Willingness to relocate to Meyerton, Midvaal, Gauteng
Qualifications
- Formal education and/or relevant certifications (if applicable)
