What You will Be Driving (Key Responsibilities): Lead and manage financial operations across a group of dealerships Perform and review monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Oversee, approve, and manage payments to support effective cashflow Prepare and maintain detailed and reliable cashflow forecasts Handle consolidations and inter-branch transactions with precision Produce monthly management accounts and comprehensive group reporting Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, delivering insightful variance analysis What You Bring to the Team (Skills & Experience): BCom Accounting/Finance Minimum 5 years relevant experience Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability Experience using Evolve or similar dealership management systems (advantageous) Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence and support operational teams Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities Solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial controls Ready to Shift Your Career into High Gear?
