About the Role

The HR Administrator role is available at our client’s mine in Middelburg area, closer to Komatipoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and assisting with various tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing timesheets
  • Capture and loading training records and performance review ratings
  • Assist with overtime capturing
  • Induction and onboarding
  • Payroll administration

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Completed HR tertiary studies
  • Excellent EXCEL experience
  • Ability to travel to mine daily
  • Thorough and meticulous
