About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our New Car Sales Department in Middelburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in new-car sales management and be able to drive results through effective leadership and staff training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the new car sales department
  • Ensure that monthly targets are met
  • Provide staff training
  • Recruit and manage sales staff

Requirements

  • Matric with a strong foundation in business or related field
  • Proven track record as a sales manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Business, Commerce, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Salary & Benefits

  • R20 000 – R25 000 per month (negotiable depending on experience)
  • Commission structure based on individual performance
  • Company car provided
  • Normal benefits package
