Qualified Diesel Mechanic Red Seal
Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: Negotiable plus commission
Benefits: Package is negotiable and market related salary with very attractive commission structure, Pension Fund, Medical Aid, Funeral and Life cover, 13th cheque bonus based on performance.
A well established, large Multi Franchise Dealership is looking for an experienced Qualified Diesel Mechanic with a Red Seal for their commercial trucks division.
- National Senior Certificate
- Qualified Diesel mechanic with Red Seal certificate
- 2 3 Years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic with preference given to candidates in senior roles
- Prior experience in a dealership environment
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in fault finding, diagnosing, repairing and basic auto electric work
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
- Expertise in commercial vehicle engine maintenance, repair and servicing
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and software effectively
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
