About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our team in Middelburg. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments
- Perform various tasks as required by the team
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Sage Accounting experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to type in a fast and accurate manner
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
- Legal Diploma or Secretarial Diploma (advantageous)
