About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Legal Secretary to join our team in Middelburg. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage schedules, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and staff
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and appointments
  • Perform various tasks as required by the team

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Sage Accounting experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Ability to type in a fast and accurate manner
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license
  • Legal Diploma or Secretarial Diploma (advantageous)
