Job Description

Armed Escort Officer – Combined Private Investigations (CPI)
Combined Private Investigations (CPI) is seeking experienced Armed Escort Officers to join our dynamic security operations team. This role is responsible for providing armed protection to clients and high-value cargo, ensuring safe transit, maintaining situational awareness, and responding effectively to potential security threats.
The successful candidate will be responsible for route planning, escorting high-value loads, maintaining strict firearm compliance, and coordinating closely with the NOC and operational teams. Candidates must demonstrate strong decision-making abilities, defensive driving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while upholding the highest professional and security standards.
Minimum requirements include:

Matric / Grade 12 (NQF 4)
PSIRA Grade C
Valid driver’s license – EC/EB , DGP is essential
Business firearm competency
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the armed response or escort industry

This is a contract position with market-related remuneration and opportunities to work across Woodmead, Durban, and the Western Cape.
