About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts in Midrand, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual and seasonal marketing plans
- Gather and interpret market intelligence, consumer insights, and competitor trends
- Convert strategic direction into practical implementation plans and executive-level presentations
- Assist in managing multi-channel campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital environments
- Oversee briefing processes, creative approvals, timelines, and rollout schedules
- Monitor live campaign performance, producing post-campaign analyses and optimisation recommendations
- Coordinate with media, creative, and production agencies to ensure flawless campaign delivery
- Partner with global and local teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist with monthly budget checks, reconciliations, and financial tracking
- Maintain marketing calendars, content libraries, and reporting dashboards
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of brand events, sponsorships, and activations
Requirements
- 35 years experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
- Proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across ATL/BTL/digital
- Understanding of digital media platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic)
- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, SEO, and social analytics
- Strong organisational skills, project management capability, and stakeholder management experience
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
