Midrand: Business Analyst

Job description: The position will be responsible for changes to transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel components to support the Short-Term Administration optimally. Responsibilities: · Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel enhancements and new implementations · Document requirements in Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and user stories, and obtain stakeholder approval · Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements · Manage and facilitate sprint planning for development tasks · Act as the communication liaison between the transactional system vendor and business stakeholders · Coordinate testing, sign-off, and deployment of changes throughout the software development lifecycle Minimum Requirements: · Degree or diploma in Information Technology · Minimum 2 – 3 years work experience in similar role · Experienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc. · Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance) · Good understanding of server infrastructure Should you not receive a response from us within one week of your application, your application has unfortunately not been successful.
