About the Role

The Demand Generation Team Leader is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading and coaching an outbound sales team in driving demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting roles, with a strong understanding of ABM principles and intent data workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach an outbound sales team to drive demand generation efforts
Develop and implement sales strategies and playbooks for the team
Lead meetings and provide training to ensure team members are equipped to handle objections and calls effectively

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting roles
Strong understanding of ABM principles and intent data workflows
Excellent verbal and written English skills, with high confidence in objection handling and call coaching
Ability to move from a technology-focused to a business-focused SDR function
Experience working across international markets is preferred

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification (such as a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or Communications)
