Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years’ proven experience in electronics sales, contract manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
• CRM proficiency with the ability to manage leads, RFQs, and sales pipelines
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client engagement

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Drive new business development through networking, cold calling, and industry events
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in the electronics space
• Convert RFQs into successful orders and ensure follow-through with internal teams
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue
• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
• Support marketing initiatives and contribute to campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts
