About the Role
Fidelity Services Group is seeking an Investigator to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will report to the Investigations Manager and be responsible for independently conducting investigations on site. This role requires a strong background in investigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Interviewing employees relevant to each case under investigation
- Gathering all relevant evidence in a legal manner
- Collaborating with SAPS, FSG Legal department, claims department, and other role players
- Ensuring investigation reports are accurate and supported by evidence
- Maintaining filing and archiving systems
- Ensuring the quality of own work and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining the integrity of reporting and ensuring information is up-to-date
Requirements
- Formal relevant qualification (advantageous)
- Previous investigation experience (essential)
- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Own reliable transport with a valid driver’s license
- Willingness and readiness to travel when required
- Valid passport
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the internet
