Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
- Optimize and manage all aspects of our online presence, including our website and social media accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to fine-tune marketing strategies and improve outreach.
- Work closely with the sales team to create tailored marketing materials that support business development efforts.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary based on key metrics.
- Foster relationships with external partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand credibility and awareness.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging marketing trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a marketing management role, preferably within recruitment or HR services.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with analytics tools and CRM software to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
