About the Role
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the ICT and infrastructure solutions market. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead and develop business relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and execute a strategic sales plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients to promote and sell solutions across specified technology areas.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and recommend tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, competitor activities, and new technologies to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on ICT and infrastructure solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking, power solutions, security systems, and data centre environments.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Sales, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (minimum).
- Experience working with OEMs, system integrators and technology vendors.
