About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Consultant with advanced skills in designing, building, and supporting SAP HR/SuccessFactors interfaces and integrations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end interface solutions, including design, build, test, deployment, and operational support in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and supporting SAP HR/SuccessFactors interfaces and integrations
• Implementing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for message mapping, integration flows, adapters, and troubleshooting
• Utilizing SAP BTP services relevant to integrations
• Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, and other SAP integration protocols and formats

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Practical experience with SAP BTP services relevant to integrations
• Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, and other SAP integration protocols and formats

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field — or equivalent professional experience
• 3-6 years experience in integration roles with at least 3+ years focused on SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/BTP
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end interface solutions
