About the Role

GC Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations within the fast-growing renewable energy industry. We want a dynamic professional who understands stock accuracy, logistics coordination, and thrives in a tech-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff
Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliation
Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, controls and SOPs
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
Ensure accurate capturing and management of stock on Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / Zoho CRM
Generate and analyse stock, procurement and movement reports
Manage supplier deliveries, returns and discrepancies
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Control shrinkage, losses and damages
Support project teams with accurate and timeous dispatches
Monitor warehouse KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (A relevant tertiary qualification is essential)
Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain (advantageous)
Health & Safety training (advantageous)
A valid drivers licence, own reliable vehicle, and a clear criminal record
