About the Role
GC Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations within the fast-growing renewable energy industry. We want a dynamic professional who understands stock accuracy, logistics coordination, and thrives in a tech-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff
- Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, cycle counts and reconciliation
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, controls and SOPs
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Ensure accurate capturing and management of stock on Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / Zoho CRM
- Generate and analyse stock, procurement and movement reports
- Manage supplier deliveries, returns and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Control shrinkage, losses and damages
- Support project teams with accurate and timeous dispatches
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field (A relevant tertiary qualification is essential)
- Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain (advantageous)
- Health & Safety training (advantageous)
- A valid drivers licence, own reliable vehicle, and a clear criminal record
