A leading multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) to join their dynamic team in Milnerton, Western Cape. Key Requirements:

Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with SACQSP
-
5 10 years of relevant experience in a consulting QS environment
-
Strong working knowledge of WinQS and DimX
-
Expertise in delay analysis and quantum calculations
-
Proven experience in claims management
-
A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying
Responsibilities:

Conduct and manage cost planning, analysis, and control throughout project lifecycles
-
Lead delay analysis and quantum calculations related to project claims
-
Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost and contract management
-
Provide strategic insight into complex commercial and contractual challenges
