Job Title: Barman/Barista Position
Location: Northern Suburbs – Johannesburg
Salary: R6 000 R12 000 (depending on experience)
Barista Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and barista training/certification are preferred.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing and espresso preparation.
- Excellent customer service and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to operate coffee machines and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Barman Qualifications:
- High school diploma; bartending certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drink orders and maintain a clean bar.
- Knowledge of alcohol regulations and responsible service practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic cash handling skills and experience with POS systems.
