About the Role

Misty Hills Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa is seeking an experienced Group HR and IR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar Management role and be able to coordinate full HR & IR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• HR administration of employees
• Hiring and Terminations (recruitment and selection)
• Training and WSD recording and reporting
• SAGE Payroll Time Keeping and Leave management
• Employment Equity reporting and planning
• Good Understanding of BCEA compliance and Industrial Relations
• Grievance handling, legal procedures etc.
• Developing and managing harmonious relationships at workplace
• Striking a balance between organizational goals and individual goals

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a stressful environment
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Employee wellness, rewards and recognitions
• Ability to productively manage and develop a cohesive HR Office team of two assistants
