Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills: National Diploma or National Technical (N6) certificate in Mechanical or Electrical.Section 26 Recognised / Equivalent Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanic or EquivalentProof of formal supervisory training in Planning, Leading, Organising and ControlMS Office proficient [Word, Excel& MS Projects-ability to plan & schedule] Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: At least 10 years practical experience in the mining industry, appointed in a legal position, of which 5 years appointed as a GES in a legal position.At least 5 years experience in a Foreman supervisory level capacity.At least 5 years practical experience on Underground TMM (LHDs, Drill Rigs, Bolters, Agicars, Shotcreter, Telehandler Charging units, etc).Experience in writing procedures and conducting baseline and issues-based risk assessment.Extensive Knowledge of Safety Management systems.Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, Including CMMS such as JDE.Knowledge of Reliability Engineering Strategies (Condition Monitoring, Defect Elimination, etc).Knowledge of Cost Management Systems.Send CV in MS Word and SAPS Certified copies of qualifications and ID in PDF.
