About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Planet Fitness in Montana. As the first point of contact for members, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. If you have a warm smile, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members with their queries and needs
- Answer telephones and respond to messages in a timely manner
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide members with information and directions as needed
Requirements
- Basic PC literacy skills
- Display friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the Planet Fitness way
- Flexible working hours / shift availability
- Reliable transport to work
- Previous experience within a front desk or welcome desk position is an added advantage (but not required)
