About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team, responsible for Employee Relations and Stakeholder Engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of South African Labour Legislation and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and support to employees on labour laws and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations
- Travel extensively within the province to engage with various stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Human Resources or Social Studies
- Advanced Diploma in Labour Law is an added advantage
- 5 years related work experience, ideally in a mining environment
- Working knowledge of South African Labour Legislation
- Computer literacy
- Code 08 drivers license (travel requirements)
