About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a skilled Marketer (fuel and lubrication) to join their team in Moorreesburg, WC. The main purpose of this versatile position is sales and marketing of fuel and lubricant products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new market opportunities for fuel and lubricant products.
- Implement and manage marketing campaigns aligned with the CRM strategy.
- Promote the brand at agricultural events and client engagements to build visibility and trust.
- Develop tailored lubrication solutions by understanding customer needs through site inspections.
- Foster strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Track and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics.
- Use digital tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement and streamline marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure consistent messaging and service quality.
- Communicate product value propositions clearly to farmers, producers, and other key audiences.
- Support brand positioning efforts through effective marketing materials, reporting, and client feedback.
Requirements
- 4 years related experience
- Grade 12 with supportive inhouse sale courses or NQF5 Diploma
- Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency
