About the Role
The HR Administrator role at Fidelity Services Group is a critical position that ensures the effective and efficient management of our HR system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR system, including recruitment, employee relations, and administration of company benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Load new employees’ applications on the HR system.
- Apply various tests to establish suitability for positions.
- Conduct interviews with responsible managers from shortlisted candidates.
- Prepare relevant paperwork for candidate appointments and process accordingly.
- Conduct full inductions with follow-ups to ensure appropriate placement.
- Maintain sound industrial and employee relations.
- Ensure that information relating to policies and procedures on IR are made known to staff and their use is monitored in-house.
- Facilitate communication between employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Administer company benefits and ensure compliance with statute.
- Engage with other managers as an HR business partner to add value to employee matters.
Requirements
- Matric certificate or Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management (added advantage).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the HR environment.
- Strong planning, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs essential.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills necessary.
