About the Role

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced Management Couple to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our safari lodge within the Greater Kruger region. As a hands-on, organised individual with a strong operational background in safari lodges, you will be ideally suited to this urgent appointment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall lodge management and daily operations
  • Reservations management and guest liaison
  • Food & Beverage oversight, including service standards and stock control
  • Financial management, budgeting, reporting, and cost control
  • Safari operations coordination and guide liaison
  • Housekeeping management and quality control
  • Maintenance oversight and coordination of repairs and contractors
  • Staff supervision, scheduling, and general team leadership
  • Ensuring high guest satisfaction and operational standards at all times

Requirements

  • Proven lodge management experience, ideally within a safari lodge or remote operation
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Solid understanding of F&B operations and financial controls
  • Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote bush environment
