About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced Management Couple to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our safari lodge within the Greater Kruger region. As a hands-on, organised individual with a strong operational background in safari lodges, you will be ideally suited to this urgent appointment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall lodge management and daily operations
- Reservations management and guest liaison
- Food & Beverage oversight, including service standards and stock control
- Financial management, budgeting, reporting, and cost control
- Safari operations coordination and guide liaison
- Housekeeping management and quality control
- Maintenance oversight and coordination of repairs and contractors
- Staff supervision, scheduling, and general team leadership
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction and operational standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven lodge management experience, ideally within a safari lodge or remote operation
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Solid understanding of F&B operations and financial controls
- Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
- Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a remote bush environment
