Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.Government Certificate of Competency (Mines & Works)Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in underground Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM), vertical shaft infrastructure, and major underground infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to main pump stations, degritters, MV and LV electrical reticulation, ventilation fans, and ventilation and water doors.REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety ActProven ability in asset management with a demonstrated history of turning around under-performing PlantProven ability in capital project managementProven ability in minimising operational and business risk managementProven ability in engineering risk identification and hazard mitigationPlanning, analysis, coordinating and prioritizing tasks.Relationship building and good communication skills.Demonstrated ability to determine root causes of breakdown events and implement related remedial actions and systemsProject Management.Report writing and presentation skills.Interpersonal skills.Send CV in MS Word and SAPS Certified copies of qualifications and ID in PDF.
