About the Role
Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accountant Manager to join as part of their finance team. As an Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA or ACCA
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
