About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative, clerical, and operational support to a finance-focused office in Nelspruit. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, compliant-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, scanning, printing, and document control
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems aligned with financial compliance requirements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries professionally
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments for management
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, and minutes
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance, banking, insurance, or accounting
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
