• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fibre optic splicing, installation, and testing.
• Technical certification in fibre optics (e.g., FOA, CFOT) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with OTDRs, power meters, and fusion splicers.
• Strong understanding of fibre optic cabling standards and best practices.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fibre installations.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
