Education and Certification:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and others related to specific technologies.

Technical Skills:

• • Microsoft 365:
    • In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
    • Ability to implement and manage security features in Microsoft 365.

Firewalls:

• • Expertise in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls for network security.
  • Familiarity with popular firewall solutions, such as Cisco, Sophos, Mikrotik, or Fortinet.

Desktop Support:
