About the Role
Ideal & Selected Candidates is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor (Workshop) to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing workshop operations and ensuring the efficient production of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
- Conduct fault-finding skills on electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Coordinate production schedules and workflows
Requirements
- Red seal trade qualification – Millwright
- 5+ Years working experience as Millwright (essential)
- Factory experience required (essential)
- Must have managed/ supervised a team (essential)
- Maintenance experience (essential)

- Formal education/certifications not specified.
Salary & Benefits
