About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Floor Manager to join our team at Tramonto Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, a 31 room Boutique Hotel with an onsite fine dining restaurant and Conference facilities, situated halfway between Gauteng and Durban. As a natural leader with a passion for exceptional service and attention to detail, you will lead from the front and oversee daily floor operations, inspiring staff and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Knowledge/proficient in Micros & Opera
