About the Role

The Medical Doctor Aesthetic Brand Manager provides medical and strategic leadership in the development, positioning, and growth of aesthetic injectable brands. This role bridges clinical expertise with pharmaceutical brand management, driving evidence-based marketing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and ethical promotion within the medical aesthetics space.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, dynamics, and opportunities within the medical aesthetics and injectable market.
• Analyse competitor strategies, product positioning, and market share.
• Identify emerging markets and new target demographics.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of aesthetic injectable products, including formulation, clinical application, benefits, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with global and local developments in medical aesthetics and injectable treatments.

Requirements

• MBChB (Medical Degree) required, with active or prior clinical experience in medical aesthetics.
• Experience working within the medical aesthetics field, with established relationships in the aesthetics community.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical data and translate medical science into strategic brand insights.

Qualifications

• Completed MBChB degree
