About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional, polished, and service-driven Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and executives visiting the Johannesburg office.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and executives in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage the reception desk and ensure a seamless front-of-house experience
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for client meetings
• Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and office mail
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the office where required
• Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception and meeting area
• Assist with visitor access, security protocols, and guest registration
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric)
Office Administration certificate is desirable
5 years’ experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or corporate hospitality role
Previous experience in a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
