About the Role
The Lodge Spa Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of our Safari Lodge’s Spa, supporting the Spa Manager in overseeing daily performance and service delivery standards. As a guest-focused professional, you will ensure operational readiness, service consistency, and revenue support while maintaining strong communication between the Spa team and Lodge operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational readiness and service consistency in the Spa.
- Support therapist productivity and maintain treatment quality.
- Maintain a clean and comfortable Spa environment that reflects our wellness philosophy.
- Coordinate with the Spa team to achieve service delivery standards.
- Communicate effectively with Lodge operations to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a supportive leadership style.
Requirements
- Confident and attentive to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Impeccable grooming and personal wellness standards.
- Supportive leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.
- Disciplined and organised approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-year Spa Therapist qualification.
Salary & Benefits
- Commission: 10% on personal Services & Retail Revenue (excl. VAT), after working back basic salary.
- Spa Operating Hours: 09:00 – 19:00. Must be available for early or later appointments if requested.
- Leave Cycle: 3 weeks (21 days) on, 1 week (7 days) off. Or equivalent to 1 Off Day for every 3 days worked.
- Accommodation: Shared accommodation with daily staff meals.
- Start Date: 1 June 2026
