? Assistant Lodge Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | North West ? ? Salary: R18,000 per month (live-in) ? Accommodation: Full live-in (including utilities) ? Transport: Shuttle services provided Kendrick Recruitment is on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Assistant Lodge Manager to join a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This role is perfectly suited to someone who leads from the front, supports a high-performing team, and ensures the seamless day-to-day operation of the lodge while maintaining the highest standards of service. ? Key Responsibilities Support the Lodge Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain exceptional service standards Ensure outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure Assist with managing lodge administration, reporting, and stock control Oversee front-of-house and housekeeping operations Ensure effective communication across all departments Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Uphold health, safety, and operational standards at all times ? Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style Excellent organisational and communication abilities Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple departments High level of professionalism with a guest-focused approach Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a remote, live-in environment ?
