About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team at Craven Cottage CC in the North West region. As a key member of our lodge management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge, providing exceptional guest experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Hosting of guests at the lodge
- Check in and check out guests
- Stock control and orders in the various departments
- Work closely with the lodge manager
- Room checks before guests arrive
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification in hospitality management
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a 4/5-star lodge
- An excellent communicator
- Must be able to manage staff
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Computer literate and have excellent admin skills
- A good eye for detail
- A good work ethic
Salary & Benefits
R14K per month, live-in position, 3 weeks on duty, 1 week off, uniform, meals on duty
